ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated March 29, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 7, 2016, is amended by deleting from the caption and the first paragraph thereof the name "Diana S. A. C." and substituting therefor the name "Diana S. A."
