| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Global Liberty Insurance Company to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 6, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent Global Liberty Insurance Company's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until May 2, 2017, and the respondent Global Liberty Insurance Company's replacement brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 17, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
