Motion by Diana G. T. on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated January 3, 2017, and an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 17, 2017, to stay enforcement of the order dated January 17, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated January 3, 2017, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the order is not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701; Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
