On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 28, 2017, in the above-entitled matter is recalled and vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated March 3, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 25, 2015, under Indictment No. 6177/13, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also being granted with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the same court also rendered November 25, 2015, under Indictment No. 315/13; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated.
