DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to perfect appeals from a judgment and an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered July 6, 2016, and July 13, 2016, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the judgment entered July 6, 2016, is dismissed, without costs and disbursements, on the ground that it was superceded by the amended judgment entered July 13, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 22, 2017, the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
