DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay the sale of the subject premises located in Manorville, New York, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 29, 2016, and March 3, 2017, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 29, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 29, 2016, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until May 31, 2017; and it is further,
