DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 25, 2015. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 17, 2017, and the appellant shall either perfect the appeal or move to compel the court reporter to produce the missing transcripts on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
