Motion by the appellant pro se to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the supplemental record filed in connection with appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 22, 2013, and April 1, 2015, respectively, and to consolidate those appeals with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 7, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the supplemental record is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
