It is Ordered that the respondent-appellant's motion which seeks to stay the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is denied, without prejudice to renew after the deposit of the arrears outstanding ($14,600.00) with the Clerk of the Civil Court and the payment of the April use and occupancy ($3,300.00) to the petitioner, without prejudice.
