DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION )

Motion by the attorney for the children to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2016, and September 28, 2016, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 1, 2017, and the brief of the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the petitioner-appellant-respondent shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before May 16, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, on or before May 31, 2017.
