Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in a related proceeding pending in the Family Court, Kings County, and to direct that all of his child support payments be placed in escrow, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2017, in the above-entitled proceeding and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
