Appeal by Emmanuel Armand from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 25, 2016. By scheduling order dated February 22, 2017, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until March 17, 2017. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
