Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 25, 2013, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain documents, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
