ORDERED that the application is denied, without costs, and upon the Court's own

ORDERED that Alice R. Sutton, Esq., is relieved of the assignment to represent appellant upon the appeal, and it is
further
ORDERED that Michelle I. Rosien, Esq., PO Box 908, Philmont, NY 12565, is assigned in her place and stead pursuant to
Family Court Act § 1120. Appellant having previously been granted permission to proceed as a poor person, the appeal may be perfected
in accordance with section 800.13 of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.13), and it is further
ORDERED that all transcripts,
papers and/or documents that were previously provided to Alice R. Sutton, Esq., shall be forwarded to Michelle I. Rosien, Esq., within five (5)
days of the date of this order, and it is
ORDERED that Counsel's time to perfect appeal extended to June 6, 2017.
