An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 16, 2015, and said appeal having been perfected,And defendant-intervenor-respondent Howard Brandstein having moved for an adjournment to file a respondent's brief and for leave to file a supplemental appendix, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting the defendant-intervenor-respondent leave to file a supplemental appendix containing all papers and exhibits, including papers and exhibits in opposition, filed in connection with defendant-respondent-intervenor's motion to intervene (mot. seq. no. 004), such supplemental appendix also to include the order of the Supreme Court, entered October 2, 2015, on that
