Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 5, 2017, and for a continuation of bail, granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, entered on January 19, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including the stipulation of the parties dated March 16, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2017 Term, and extending the bail granted by the aforesaid order of a Justice of this Court, entered on January 19, 2017 on the same terms and conditions set forth on said order, and on the further condition that the appeal is perfected for said September 2017 Term.
