Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Surrogate's Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 2, 2015 and July 25, 2016, respectively, And objectant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered on or about November 2, 2015, and to consolidate same with the appeal taken from the order entered on or about July 25, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time in which to perfect the appeals, which are hereby consolidated, to the September 2017 Term.
