Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 17, 2016, and to extend the stay of execution of the aforesaid judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2017 term, continuing the previously granted stay of execution on the same terms and conditions set forth on said order, and on further condition that the appeal is perfected for said September 2017 Term.
