On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered December 1, 2014, is amended to reflect that the appellant is also granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-03821; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
