Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 26, 2015, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 30, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
