Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge until June 19, 2017, the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the petitioner's time to perfect the proceeding is enlarged until May 26, 2017, the record or appendix and the petitioner's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
