Appeal by Robert A. Perez from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated September 16, 2016.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Marcy Hasin, P.C., 55 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, the attorney assigned to represent the child by the Family Court Dutchess County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
