Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Elizabeth Hendy, Esq., dated February 8, 2017, and the statement of Erin M. Hammond, Esq., dated February 9, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated January 9, 2017, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered December 30, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Tyson Blue, Esq., 4064 County Line Road, Macedon, New York 14502, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Wayne County, is hereby directed to provide Tyson Blue, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based.
