| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton, LLP, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 13, 2015, and to hold the appeal in abeyance for a period of 60 days.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton, LLP, is granted leave to withdraw as counsel, on or before May 15, 2017, Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton, LLP, shall serve its client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court, no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondent, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon him of a copy of this decision and order on motion, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 14, 2017, the respondent shall notify this Court, in writing, of the name and address of new counsel or he will be deemed to be proceeding pro se on the brief filed by former counsel.
