Motion by Duman Razdan to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated July 7, 2016, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Richard J. Cardinale, Esq., 26 Court Street, Suite 1815, Brooklyn, NY 11242, 718-624-9391, counsel assigned by order on certification of this Court dated September 26, 2016, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-07615, to represent Cecilia Mendoza-Pautrat as a respondent in connection with that appeal is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers to new assigned counsel, herein assigned; and it is further,
