Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 26, 2016, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 25, 2016, for failure to comply with a scheduling order of this Court dated March 29, 2016.
