ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by McDonough & McDonough, LLP, and Chris McDonough, Esq., to enlarge the time to comply with so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, as directed them serve their client with a copy of the decision and order on motion dated March 23, 2017, (1) by email at the respondent's last known email address, and (2) pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(6) by overnight delivery at the respondent's last known business address, on or before April 7, 2017, to file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of McDonough & McDonough, LLP and Chris McDonough, Esq, to comply with the service provision contained in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2017, is enlarged and the affidavit of service filed with the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely.
