ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated April 3, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 27, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "April 28, 2017."
