| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order and a corrected order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated January 17, 2017, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Cross motion by the respondent for this Court to issue an order directing that the sum of $2,500 currently held in escrow by the appellant's attorney be immediately released to the respondent's counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-02783 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order was superseded by the corrected order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-03827; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
