| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 21, 2015, and to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2017, which directed it to serve and file a supplemental record containing the supplemental affidavit of Andrea Kruse dated September 2, 2015, as well as the respondent's supplemental memorandum of law dated September 2, 2015, on or before March 3, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent shall serve and file the supplemental record and the respondent's brief on or before May 25, 2017.
