Three separate appeals having been taken from three separate orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, all of which were entered on or about April 19, 2016, And, plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid three appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals to the October 2017 Term. Sua sponte, the three appeals are consolidated and plaintiff is directed to perfect the consolidated appeals upon
