Respondents City of Rochester and City of Rochester Police Department having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 17, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John M. Campolieto, Esq., sworn to April 20, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 4, 2017, as it relates to respondent City of Rochester and City of Rochester Police Department, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 17, 2017, and inserting in its place the date May 4, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 4, 2017, as it relates to respondent City of Rochester and the City of Rochester Police Department, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 2, 2017, and inserting in its place the date May 10, 2017.
