Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 20, 2016, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 26, 2016, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2017, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2017, as dismissed the appeal from the order dated October 26, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
