Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 6, 2017, and April 11, 2017, respectively, to vacate the orders and remit the matters to the Family Court, Richmond County, for a hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated.
