Appeal from a judgment of the Small Claims Part of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 30, 2016. A review of the record indicates that a copy of the judgment was served with notice of entry on July 19, 2016 and the notice of appeal was not filed until September 1, 2016.
