An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 30, 2016, And an order of this Court having been entered on April 6, 2017 (M-1239), enlarging the time to perfect the appeals taken from orders entered on or about June 24, 2016 to the December 2017 Term, and denying that portion of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the decision entered June 30, 2016, without prejudice to a timely appeal taken from a duly entered and served order or judgment, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for reconsideration of the order entered on April 6, 2017 (M-1239), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied (Ryals v New York City Tr.
