On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 15, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated February 17, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Kings" and substituting therefor the word "Dutchess."
