Motion by Steven Nerayoff on appeals and cross appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 24, 2015, and a judgment of the same court entered May 24, 2016, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered March 30, 2017, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the judgment, to stay enforcement of the order entered March 30, 2017, and, in effect, to stay a hearing regarding a motion by Lillian Rokhsar, inter alia, to hold Steven Nerayoff in contempt, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the provisions of the judgment directing equitable distribution and directing Steven Nerayoff to pay counsel fees to Lillian Rokhsar, and the hearing regarding a motion by Lillian Rokhsar, inter alia, to hold Steven Nerayoff in contempt are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals from the judgment and the decision, without prejudice to Lillian Rokhsar to making a motion to vacate the stay in the event that Steven Nerayoff does not remain current on his child support and maintenance obligations, and the motion is otherwise denied.
