DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by undertenants-appellants on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 15, 2016, to reinstate and continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 9, 2016, which was vacated by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 25, 2017, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to reinstate and continue the stay is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to May 19, 2017.
