Motion by the respondent Beach Haven Apartments Associates, LLC, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated November 18, 2016, in effect, to dismiss the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-00537 as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-00537 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
