Motion by the defendant-respondent Alexander Ashkenazi, also known as Sender Ashkenazito, to enlarge the time to serve and a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the defendant-respondent Alexander Ashkenazi's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 24, 2017, and the defendant-respondent Alexander Ashkenazi's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
