| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioners for leave to reargue and to renew a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in the nature of prohibition to prohibit the respondent Duane A. Hart, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, from any further involvement in certain actions, and mandamus to compel that respondent to certify a general election held by that petitioner on November 23, 2014, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated February 10, 2016 , or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and judgment of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County.
