on or about June 1, 2016 (M-805), And assigned counsel for the infant Walter D., Jr. having separately moved for poor person relief and assignment of appellate counsel for this child to respond to the father's appeals (M-1405), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeals are withdrawn in accordance with the affirmation of counsel for the father.
