2016, And, assigned counsel, Larry Bachner, Esq., having moved, inter alia, to be relieved as appellate counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from Larry S. Bachner, Esq. dated April 26, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of allowing Mr. Bachner to withdraw, but continue poor person relief, without prejudice to a direct application by respondent-appellant father.
