a writ of habeas corpus to be issued from this Court, for poor person relief, and for related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to

the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the petition for habeas corpus relief

is dismissed, without prejudice to petitioner addressing the issue on the direct appeal from the judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 13, 2017. So much of the motion which seeks poor person relief is denied, without prejudice to a motion for the same relief on such appeal. ENTERED: May 11, 2017
