Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Deborah J. Scinta, Esq., sworn to March 28, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated April 4, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals taken under Appellate Division Docket Numbers CAF 16-00965 and CAF 16-00966 are consolidated, and,
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals taken under Appellate Division Docket Numbers CAF 16-00968 and CAF 16-00969 are consolidated, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is otherwise denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and petitioner-appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before June 23, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
