Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Martin A. Hovet, Esq., dated April 24, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the petition insofar as it challenges the March 14, 2017 determination, is dismissed on stipulation, and

It is further ORDERED that the petition is otherwise dismissed as moot (see Matter of Free v Coombe, 234 AD2d 996).
