On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 27, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 5, 2016, and July 6, 2016, respectively, is amended to reflect that the appellant is also granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-05036.
