DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated February 2, 2016. Separate motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 12, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
