| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2016, until six months after entry of an order determining a certain motion in that court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 10, 2017, the record or appendix on the appeal and the respondents-appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
